Wrapped in a fluffy red robe while shaking a coconut maraca, Cuenca surrounds the guests with a 50-meter-long red silk ribbon. The ribbon bears a coherent text consisting of approximately 40 sentences, each containing two or three words. The last word of each sentence becomes the first word of the next. In this way, the text and ribbon connect the guests throughout the gallery.
Then Cuenca meticulously cuts the ribbon into individual sentence segments. Each segment is given to a randomly selected person, and Cuenca reads the sentence aloud. Like a fortune-cookie message, each segment serves as a souvenir of the performance.
